HSIN Coffee Subic
Going to out of town trips is one of the things I am very passionate about. Last week, we went to Subic to have some time off from our usual routines in Manila. It was a very fast travel since we took the SCTEX route (Subic-Clark-Tarlac). Subic brings back a lot of good memories as it was the same destination I went to with B few years back. For the second time, we stayed in Subic Park Hotel which is located in the moonbay area. On our second and last day in Subic, we made use of our time wisely by having a hearty lunch at HSIN Coffee. We’ve ordered for beef shabu shabu which only costs PHP 350.00 and spicy chicken which costs around PHP 200. In my opinion, the beef shabu shabu serving is not only good for 2 people but 4. The fun part was when I cooked the beef shabu shabu myself. I mixed all the ingredients and added some condiments and spices to make it more flavorful. If you are visiting Subic, dropping by at HSIN Coffee is a must!
