Ginataang Tulingan

Nothing beats Filipino food. Adobo, Caldereta and Sinigang are my top favorites. I also like any fish cooked in ginataan or coconut milk. Last night, my grandmother’s older sister cooked ginataang tulingan. Ginataang tulingan or sinaing na tulingan is a staple dish in Batangas due to its abundance on the water of the province. My lola’s version of ginataang tulingan is the best I’ve had so far. I had two cups of rice last night. :)
